The Glow Beacon is a pre-Hardmode accessory which grants you and your projectiles a faint amount of light. It is found inside of underground or cavern chests, replacing what would normally be either Torches or Glowsticks.
When dyed, it will produce light colored to match the dye.
Notes
- When boosted with the Crown of Blood, its brightness is doubled.
Trivia
The flavor text "A new hand touches the beacon..." is a quote from Meridia from Skyrim, after picking up Meridia's Beacon from a chest.
