The Phoenix Ring is a combination of the Bone Hawk Ring and Magma Stone. It has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance to inflict a unique Weakness debuff for 6 seconds after attacking an enemy. The Weakness debuff reduces the enemy's movement speed by 25%, reduces its contact damage by 10%, and makes it emit gray particles when on solid ground.

All hits to enemies will also apply Hellfire, however unlike Magma Stone, it is not melee exclusive.

Notes

• The Phoenix Ring can act as an earlier obtained alternative to the Black Phial, while it may not be able to apply as many damaging debuffs, its consistent application of Hellfire and chance to apply Weakness make it just as useful.

• When boosted with the Crown of Blood, its infliction chance for Weakness is increased to 50%, and duration of both debuffs increased to 12 seconds.
