The Neon Genesis is a pre-Hardmode Fishing accessory obtained from the Angler for trading a 
Neon Fish. When equipped, fishing bobbers will fire lasers towards enemies nearby.
The laser's damage is the same as the fishing rod's fishing power. In Hardmode, the laser deals 50% extra damage.
Notes
- When boosted with the Crown of Blood, the laser will deal double damage.
- Due to the laser's overall decent damage output, the Neon Genesis can effectively turn fishing rods into a classless weapon.
