The Reconstruction is an Expert Mode accessory obtained from the Treasure Bag dropped from The Twins, Skeletron Prime, or The Destroyer, it will only be dropped once all 3 Mechanical bosses have be defeated. This means you can save your Treasure Bags until after you defeat all 3 of the the mechanical bosses to get multiple Reconstructions.

While equipped, expert items will be boosted, which gives them a new unique effect.

Notes

• Due to the Gravity Globe being demoted as an Expert Mode drop from the Moon Lord, it will never get an interaction with The Reconstruction. (See: Vanilla changes)
• While 0x33's Aviators, Demon Heart, Mechanical Wagon Piece, Mechanical Wheel Piece, Mechanical Battery Piece, Minecart Upgrade Kit, Mechanical Cart, Shrimpy Truffle, Witch's Broom, and Suspicious Looking Tentacle are Expert exclusive, they cannot be boosted.

Tips

The Reconstruction pairs well with the Sentinel 6510, as many Expert Mode accessories are passive effects which sentries can inherit. This can result In a reversed turn of events, making a Sentry loadout a very powerful damage force in Expert Mode, but not in Classic Mode.

The Worm Scarf combination with the Reconstruction is most likely the most powerful, as the lasers can pick off minions and other enemies, while you gain a 17% damage reduction. Using the Crown of Blood will also make it fire lasers twice, which basically doubles damage output and grants 34% damage reduction, with only the drawbacks of the Crown of Blood to worry about.
