The War Horn is a Pre-Hardmode accessory dropped from Cindera. When a minion strikes an enemy with full health, they will enter a temporary frenzy state for 4 seconds.

Being in a frenzy doubles their update speed, allowing them to update twice their usual amount in a frame, granting them increased speed and attack rate. They will also gain a red aura effect while in the frenzy state.

When boosted with the Crown of Blood, the frenzy state will be twice as long, lasting 8 seconds.

Tips

• This accessory is best utilized in events, as they grant minions plenty of enemies to activate the effect on.
  • Bosses with minions may also allow this accessory to activate consistently.
• Enemies summoned with statues will not activate this effect
• This accessory works on Minions and Sentries, but not Ghost minions.
