The Fishbone Locket is an accessory that combines the functionality of the Bontalon Ring and Davy Jones's Locket. All hits inflict a debuff for 0.5 seconds, which reduces the enemy's movement speed by 60%, and makes it emit gray particles when on solid ground. Hits also have a 10% chance to spawn an anchor projectile, dealing the same damage as the hit which spawned it, which shoots from the target at other enemies. The anchor also weighs the target down, limiting their movement.
