The Mothman Mask is a Hardmode accessory dropped by the Lunatic Cultist after beating it flawlessly. It grants a multitude of strong buffs, however the accessory stops working if you are below maximum health. When you deal a critical hit, the enemy will be inflicted with Blue Fire debuff for 5 seconds.

Notes

• When boosted with the Crown of Blood, you will have 30% increased damage and critical strike chance, minions will have extra increased knockback, and the Blue Fire debuff applied on crits will last 10 seconds.
