Teleportation range of the Twilight Armor set bonus

Twilight Armor is an Early-Hardmode armor set crafted from Silk, Souls of Night, and Chaos Orbs.

It consists of the Twilight Hood, Twilight Robe and Twilight Leggings.

The set grants a flat 30 defense, a +15% buff to all damage, a +15% buff to all crit chance, and slightly increases acceleration, jump speed and height. The set bonus grants the ability to warp to the cursors location by pressing the "Armor Special Hotkey", and doing so inflicts the Twilight Warped debuff for 8 seconds onto the player preventing them from warping again until the debuff wears off. The player is able to warp through walls within the range limit.

It also has an Ancient variant which has the exact same stats as the regular armour, and the pieces can be interchanged with the main set.

Notes

• The set bonus has a range limit of about 40 tiles horizontally and 25 tiles vertically from the players location, trying to teleport further than this range puts the player at the limit.
• The player can still use the Rod of Discord while the armour teleportation is on cooldown.
• The armour will start to pulse and purple particles will appear when the player is able to perform a warp.
• The player is unable to warp into solid tiles.
• The Armor Special Hotkey is bound to V by default.

Trivia

• In previous versions of the mod, the colour scheme resembled that of the Night's Edge, but in 1.8.2 the design was overhauled.
• While the regular set has only one chestplate sprite, the Ancient set has a a female variant.
