The Freeze Bolt is a Hardmode magic weapon that auto-fires a fast cyan ricocheting ice-ball that travels in straight lines, emits a bright light, is unaffected by gravity, and pierces multiple enemies. The projectile can last up to 40 seconds, but it will dissipate when it ricochets 7 times or damages 12 enemies.
The Freeze Bolt is an upgrade to the Water Bolt.
Its best modifier is Phantasmal.

- The name is a reference to the Japanese name of Black Kyurem's signature move "フリーズボルト (Furīzu Boruto)" from the Pokémon franchise.
