The Cursed Flamelash is a Hardmode magic weapon that launches a controllable ball of cursed fire, similar to the Flamelash, and has a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance of inflicting the Cursed Inferno debuff for 2.67 seconds. When the ⚒ Use / Attack button is released, the Cursed Flamelash's projectile keeps its course until it hits an enemy or surface. If an enemy is nearby, the ball of cursed fire will home into the nearest enemy upon release. It can also pierce two enemies, retaining its homing ability and exploding upon contact with a third enemy or block dealing twice the damage and knockback.

Its best modifier is Phantasmal.
