The Blood Bearer is a Hardmode accessory dropped by the Hemorrphage's Treasure Bag in Expert Mode. When equipped, it summons eight tentacles similar to the Hemorrphage's that stick out equidistantly around the player, staying perfectly horizontal, vertical, and diagonal as they follow them. When an enemy is in front of a particular tentacle, it will spray a constant stream of blood out at them, inflicting rapid damage.
