The Starbind Cuffs are a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory. A combination of the Celestial Cuffs and Stellar Badge, it has the effects of both items: it restores mana when damaged, increases the pickup range of Stars, increases the player's maximum mana by 20, and causes Stars to restore 200 mana instead of 100 when collected.
