The Sentinel's Heart is a Hardmode accessory dropped by the Selfsimilar Sentinel's Treasure Bag in Expert Mode. When equipped, it increases the player's maximum health by 1.12x (for example, a player with 500 base health would have a new total of 560), and provides extra defense based on what percentage of this extra health they have retained, up to 20 with all of it. When taking damage that depletes this "sentinel health", the player will release 3-6 wisp projectiles that rapidly home in nearby enemies, passing through terrain and disappearing on hit.
