The S Medal is a craftable Hardmode Clicker accessory. It combines the effects of the A Medal and the F Medal, spawning 3 sigils that rotate around the player clockwise; keeping the cursor's position on top of the sigils will fill 3 different gauges below the player, at a rate of 1% for every in-game frame. Each sigil hovered over provides a different benefit.

Hovering over the blue sigil will increase the player's clicker radius up to a total of 100% increased clicker radius; hovering over the red sigil will ensure the next hit against enemies is a critical hit; and hovering over the green sigil will reduce the number of clicks required to activate a clicker's clicker effect by 20% while the gauge is not empty.

Damaging enemies with clicks will reduce both the blue and red sigils' values by 10%. Any clicks will reduce the green gauge's value by 10%, regardless of whether they hit an enemy or not.
