The Master Keychain is a craftable Hardmode Clicker accessory. It combines the effects of the Sticky, Hot, and Clear Keychains when equipped.

It causes every 10th clicker click to create a slime projectile that deal 50% of the base clicker damage and whose position remains static on the screen for its duration; and every and 15th clicker click to inflict the Crystalized debuff for 5 seconds, causing the following click against them to release a spread of 10 crystal shard projectiles onto nearby enemies, which deal 25% of the held clicker's damage. Clicking an enemy with Crystalized will automatically remove the debuff from them, and set a 1-second cooldown where they cannot be afflicted with Crystalized again for its duration.

Additionally, every click is followed by a fiery after-click at a 0.5-second delay that deals 25% of the base clicker's damage, and inflicts the Oiled and On Fire! debuffs on hit for 5 seconds. However, a heat gauge fills while in combat with a clicker, at a rate of 8 subtracted by the player's current CPS (clicks per second) every second. If the gauge becomes full, the player will receive the Hellfire debuff for 5 seconds, and empties the heat gauge. Hellfire causes the player to lose 15 health per second for its duration.
