Demonstration of Motherboard armor set bonus used to increase the range of the clicker.

Motherboard armor is a craftable post-Skeletron Clicker armor set crafted from Silver or Tungsten Bars and Wires. It takes a total of 60 Silver or Tungsten Bars and 150 Wires to craft a full suit.

It consists of a Motherboard Helmet, Motherboard Suit, and Motherboard Boots.

The Motherboard Helmet gives 4 defense and 20% increased base click radius; the Motherboard Suit gives 8 defense and 6% increased click damage; and the Motherboard Boots gives 7 defense and 6% increased click damage.

A full set provides a total of 19 defense, 12% increased click damage, and 20% increased base click radius. Its set bonus grants the ability to place a sensor within the player's clicker radius by right-clicking; the sensor creates a ring around it that the player can click in to deal damage.

Notes

• Although Wire can only be normally obtained after Skeletron has been defeated, it is possible to obtain this armor set earlier by throwing naturally-generated Explosives and Active or Inactive Stone Blocks into Shimmer to obtain Wires.
  • This is far easier on the no traps and get fixed boi secret world seeds, as those blocks spawn more frequently.
