The Quintessence Clicker is a Hardmode, post-Moon Lord clicker that is obtained by throwing a Wooden Clicker into Shimmer in a world where Moon Lord has been defeated. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 600% and a default of 20 clicks to activate its clicker effect Transcend. Transcend grants the Transcended buff for 30 seconds, which allows the player to dodge the next attack dealt by an enemy, and recover 10% of the incoming damage as health instead.

Its best modifier is Elite.
