The Spiral Clicker is a Hardmode clicker that has a chance to be dropped by the Dreadnautilus during a Blood Moon. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 300% and a default of 8 clicks to activate its clicker effect Blood Sucker. Blood Sucker spawns 2 blood globules, at the top-most and bottom-most positions of the clicker radius, that spiral inwards towards the center, damaging any enemy that comes into contact with them along the way. Each blood globule deals 50% of the Spiral Clicker's damage.

Its best modifier is Elite.
