The Seafoam Clicker is a Hardmode clicker that has a chance to be dropped by Duke Fishron. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 585% and a default of 15 clicks to activate its clicker effect Sea Spray. Sea Spray inflicts the Seafoam debuff onto all nearby enemies, reducing enemies' horizontal speed by 10%; however, bosses and other large enemies are not affected. Additionally, future clicks against enemies affected by Seafoam will restore 1 health, up to a maximum of 15 health restored per second.

Its best modifier is Elite.

  • Reworked Sea Spray:
    • No longer grants healing upon activation; instead, clicking on enemies affected by the seafoam now heals the player 1 health per click.
    • You can gain up to 15 health per second this way.
