The Cyclops Clicker is a Pre-Hardmode clicker that has a chance to be dropped by the Deerclops. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 225% and a default of 8 clicks to activate its clicker effect Insanity. Insanity spawns a shadowy claw near the cursor's position that spins in a circle, damaging all enemies that come into contact with it.

Its best modifier is Elite.
