The Draconic Clicker is a Hardmode clicker that has a chance to be dropped by Betsy in the Old One's Army event. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 565% and a default of 10 clicks to activate its clicker effect Wyvern's Roar. Wyvern's Roar summons a wyvern that swoops in an arch, breathing in a constant stream of fire downwards. The fire breath deals 200% of the base clicker's damage and inflicts the Hellfire debuff.

Its best modifier is Elite.
