The Chocolate Milk n' Cookies is a craftable Hardmode Clicker accessory that combines the effects of the Chocolate Chip and Milk n' Cookies. It increases the player's click damage by 3% based on how many clicks they perform per second, up to 15% increased damage, causes every 15th clicker click to create a burst of 6 chocolate projectiles, each dealing 20% of the clicker's base damage, and causes cookies to spawn every 10 seconds at a random location within the player's clicker radius; clicking the cookie before it fades away grants the Cookie buff, granting the player 10% increased click damage, 20% increased clicker radius, and regenerates 2 health every second for its duration.

Golden Cookie

Like Milk n' Cookies, the Chocolate Milk n' Cookies also adds the unlisted effect of occasionally spawning Golden Cookies in place of normal cookies, which heal 10 health when clicked and grants the Cookie buff with twice the normal duration. Golden Cookies have a 10% chance of spawning instead of normal cookies.
