The SFX Soundboard is a craftable miscellaneous Pre-Hardmode Clicker item. When carried in the player's inventory, the SFX Soundboard will replace the standard clicker use sound with a random sound effect between the sound ID Item1 and Item100.

If the player has any SFX Buttons held, the clicker will play either the SFX Buttons' sound effects or the SFX Soundboard's sound effects at random.
