The Sinister Clicker is a craftable Pre-Hardmode clicker. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 220% and a default of 10 clicks to activate its clicker effect Siphon. Siphon deals a small amount of damage and restores the player's health by 5.

Its Corruption counterpart is the Dark Clicker.

Its best modifier is Elite.
