The Hearty Clicker is a Pre-Hardmode clicker that has a 1/50 (2%) chance of being dropped from destroyed Life Crystals. Like all clickers, it deals damage at the cursor's position within range and proper line of sight.

It has a radius multiplier of 150% and a default of 20 clicks to activate its clicker effect Happy Heart. Happy Heart spawns a heart that drops to the floor, and becomes collectible after 1 second after spawning. If a player with missing health comes into contact with a heart, it will be consumed to restore 10 health. If the player has full health, the heart will not respond.

Hearts will linger for 30 seconds before despawning, and up to 5 hearts can be active at a time; activating Happy Heart while 5 hearts are active will despawn the oldest heart.

Its best modifier is Elite.
