The Volatile Heart is a Hardmode accessory that is dropped by the Hemorrphage. When equipped, any damage dealt by the player has a chance to cause an explosion of blood, duplicating the base damage of the hit that triggered it 1-3 times and also launching out several arcing blood projectiles in random directions. These blood projectiles can trigger bloodsplosions of their own if they hit an enemy, potentially creating a chain reaction effect with enough luck.
