The Polar Hamaxe is a Hardmode hamaxe crafted from materials dropped by The Polarities. It has one of the higher hammer power and axe power stats of any tool available in vanilla Terraria at the point in progression at which it is available, and is one of the most easily obtainable as well. Additionally, while held, the player's item grab range is greatly increased.

Its best modifier is Legendary. While Light seems to have a better speed boost via percentage, both mine at equal speeds due to rounding.
