"A lost spirit that has wandered into the ice biome and frozen over, making it unable to phase through solid walls.
During harsh blizzards it reveals itself, and begins to seek out and summon deadly cold attacks on any unfortunate player it encounters"

The Frozen Spirit is a hardmode enemy that spawns during a blizzard. It floats towards the player and when within range, pauses in place for a second and summons a giant snowflake projectile towards the player that inflicts the Glacial Burn debuff. The giant snowflake rapidly fires out an even spread of 6 mini snowflakes, and fires out a spread of 8 on destruction at a much higher velocity. When defeated it has a chance to drop the Frozen Spirit staff.

Notes

• It is affected the the Warmth Potion.
• It is unable to pass or attack through tiles.
• Its projectile attack cannot be interrupted by attacking it.
• While the main snowflake inflicts the Glacial Burn debuff, the smaller ones it summons only inflict Frostburn.
• Only 1 can spawn at a time.
