The Clawshroom is a pet summoning item dropped by Crabulon. It summons a small Crabulon to follow the player. If the player stands still while near it for long enough or has the Aromatic Shroom it will perch onto the player's head.

• The basket that the pet goes into when flying is a reference to the character Kisume from the Touhou Project series.
