The Toy Scythe is a pet summoning item dropped by Polterghast in Revengeance Mode. It summons a small humanized Polterghast to follow the player. If the player has Master Mode, Infernum Mode, Death Mode, and the nohit setting from the Nycro's Nohit Efficiency mod all on at once, the pet gains a maid outfit. If the player is wearing the Twilight Charm, the pet turns pink.

Notes

• Due to Infernum being disabled in Master Mode, one has to use the Infernum Master patch.
