The Wulfrum Transmitter is a light pet summoning item dropped by Wulfrum Amplifiers. It summons a small Wulfrum Amplifier that hovers above the player's head. If equipped with the Wulfrum Control Panel, the Control Panel's pets will all supercharge, gaining blue lights and speeding up. If equipped while riding the Wulfrum Keys' mount, the mount will gain blue lights and increased speed.
