The Clam Hermit Medallion is a pet summoning item dropped by the Giant Clam. It summons a Clam Hermit, to follow the player. If the player stands still for long enough, the Clam Hermit will start dancing. During October and December, the hermit's shell will be replaced with a pumpkin and a Christmas ornament respectively.
