The Electromagnetic Lure is a craftable Pre-Hardmode summoning item. When used, it will summon a Construct, with which construct it spawns dependant on the biome the item is used in. If a construct is already present, it will fire a Construct Finder in it's direction. It cannot be used if the player has the Intimidating Presence debuff.
