The Brittle Potion is a pre-Hardmode buff potion that grants the Brittle buff for 4 minutes and 5 seconds upon being consumed. The buff summons a Shatter Shard whenever the player takes damage. The Shards deal 10 melee damage, ignore tiles, and disappear after dealing damage 8 times or after 30 seconds. Additionaly, the buff increases damage of all Shatter Shards by 10, including Shards from other items, such as Shatter Blade or Shatter Heart Shield.
