A Scarlet Crescent is a consumable item that increases maximum Void by 50 and void regeneration speed 5% permanently. Only one can be consumed per character. It is the Crimson equivalent of the Violet Crescent, and cannot be used in tandem with the Violet Crescent; only one of either can be used per character.

Scarlet Crescents are crafted with 1 Dissolving Earth, 1 Mana Crystal, 5 Fragments of Evil, 5 Fragments of Otherworld, and 15 Tissue Samples. A Scarlet Crescent can only be crafted after the Brain of Cthulhu is defeated.
