The Corrupted Seeker is a large seeker with 3,000 health (6,000 health in Expert Mode). It is summoned by tossing a Purified Nut, and does not spawn naturally. It is intended to be fought after the Eater of Worlds or Brain of Cthulhu has been killed. It uses a simple AI and relies on dashing to move. It spawns many weak Mini-Seekers that assist in its attacks.

The Corrupted Seeker drops weapons themed around corruption. It drops the Corrupted Gem in Expert Mode, an accessory that grants an extra minion slot as well as spawning a short-lived Charred Mod/Corrupted GemCorrupted Gem minion when the player dashes, which dashes at enemies for additional damage.

The Doomsayer is a large orb with 250,000 health (500,000 health in Expert Mode). It is summoned by sacrificing 10 Doom Chunks to a Doom Heart in the Doom biome, and does not spawn naturally. It is intended to be fought after the Moon Lord has been killed. It uses various doom attacks that inflict the Charred Mod/Impending DoomImpending Doom debuff, which drains the player's health quickly the closer they are to maximum health. In Expert Mode, it gains new attacks that trigger at 67% and 25% HP, which both spew projectiles and inflict the Charred Mod/Doomsayer WrathDoomsayer Wrath.

The Doomsayer drops Charred Mod/Doom CoreDoom Cores, which are used to upgrade various accessories to Doom tier, as well as make new armor, the Charred Mod/Doom ArmorDoom Armor, and the Charred Mod/Doom PickaxeDoom Pickaxe, which can break Charred Mod/DoomstoneDoomstone and the Charred Mod/Doom HeartDoom Heart. It drops the Eye of Doom in Expert Mode, which improves the Doom Armor and weakens the effects of the Impending Doom and Doomsayer Wrath debuffs, as well as spawning Doom Stars when the player dashes, which deal damage to nearby enemies at increasing rates.
