The Doom Heart is a post-Moon Lord tile that generates on the small Doomstone island once Moon Lord dies. The Doom Heart generates a small glow and triggers the Doom subworld when the player is nearby. Doomstone has a minimum pickaxe power requirement of 235%, which can only be broken by a Doom Pickaxe.

If 10 Doom Chunks are used on the Doom Heart, the Doomsayer boss is summoned.
