The Purified Nut is a boss summon item which can be crafted once the Eater of Worlds or Brain of Cthulhu have been defeated.

They function similar to Spiky Balls or Grenades. However, after 3 seconds, the Corrupted Seeker will spawn. Only one Purified Nut can be tossed out at a time.
