Repentance is a Post-Moon Lord Flamethrower that drops from Supreme Witch, Calamitas. When used, it fires a stream of brimstone flames as well as a barrage of fireballs. When the stream hits an enemy, a flame will start orbiting the player until 15 flames are orbiting. After the circle is complete, the flames will then rapidly increase their orbiting distance while firing smaller fireballs that deal 50% damage towards enemies hit by the stream.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
