The Pumpinator is a Pre-Hardmode tool sold by the Sky Merchant and dropped rarely by Orbiting Meteors. It can push entities, and adjust the speed of the wind. Due to its ability to change the speed and direction of the wind, it indirectly allows you to manually summon / deactivate Sandstorms, Windy Days, and the Gale Streams event.
Notes
The Pumpinator ignores the random tick requirement for the Sandstorm to activate, instead forcing it to activate when used above 30mph wind speeds.
