The Tinkerer's Guidebook is a post-Omega Starite consumable item which permanently makes the Goblin Tinkerer re-roll item Modifiers 3 times, and selects the best one. It is obtained by throwing a Tinkerer's Workshop into the Shimmer after Omega Starite is defeated. It can only be used once per world.

This item has a secret alternative use, Right Clicking while holding it will disable the effect. This is supposedly implemented in the case of the effect glitching out another mod's reforge adjustments.
