Areus Saber is one of many craftable Hardmode melee weapons made from Areus Shards. When used with the use button, the weapon performs a 3-hit combo of close-range slashesand fires an upward slash in the direction of the cursor at the end of the combo. When used with the alt-use button, it has a unique swing animation which allows it to swing in all directions, unlike typical broadswords. Both of these attacks are capable of erasing certain projectiles.

Its best modifier is Godly.
