The Runed Stone is a craftable Hardmode Accessory. When equipped, it increases melee damage by 8%, damaging enemies will fill up their exhaustion bar, and when full, it reduces the enemy's velocity by 80% for 6 seconds and grants all nearby players the Runed Stone buff, increasing their life regeneration by 4. It cannot be equipped while any other Stones are equipped. It is used to craft the Radiative Stone.
