When equipped, it increases melee and whip speed by 15%, melee weapons are granted auto-swing, and when the player uses a Whip on an enemy, it inflicts the Fire! buff on them, causing hits to inflict the buff on the player, which increases the player's critical strike chance by 10%, life and mana by 20%, defense by 15, mana regeneration by 15, decreases mana cost by 86%, life regeneration by 12, movement speed by 40%, and wing time by 5.
