When equipped, it increases magic damage by 20%, decreases mana regeneration by 90% and by 50% when still or with the Mana Regeneration buff, and restores 160 mana upon hit, with a 2 second cooldown (4 seconds when holding a magic weapon). It cannot be equipped while any other Symbols are equipped.
