The Rejuvenation is a craftable post-Moon Lord Cross Accessory. When equipped, it decreases magic damage by 22%, provides immunity to the Plague debuff, as well as giving the player with the least heath the Rejuventation buff which increases life regeneration by 8 and firing out a Healing Bubble once every seven hits. It cannot be equipped while any other crosses are equipped.
