The Fast Symbol is a Hardmode Accessory dropped by Martian Engineers with a 1*1/100 (1%) chance. When equipped, it increases magic damage by 24%, decreases mana regeneration by 90% and by 50% when still or with the Mana Regeneration buff, and restores 100 mana upon hit, with a 6 second cooldown (12 seconds when holding a magic weapon). It cannot be equipped while any other Symbols are equipped.
