Metanova Ore is a Hardmode Ore which generates in galaxy shaped veins within the deeper parts of the Astral Infection's caverns after Astrageldon has been defeated. It is used to craft Metanova Bars at an Ancient Manipulator. It requires at least a Picksaw to mine. It is also dropped by Metanova Slimes.
