Using the Storm Beacon during a storm (note it can be used at any time).

The Storm Beacon is a boss summon that is used to summon the Overloaded Scandrone at any time once all 3 mech bosses have been defeated. It can drop from any enemy during a hardmode storm, or can be crafted from fallen stars and the mech souls.

Notes

• The item can drop from a storm at any point in progression, even pre-boss, however it cannot be used until the criteria is met.
• On use it summons a bunch of lightning bolts that travel directly upwards, these are purely visual and cannot damage enemies.
• If any mech hasn't been defeated then it has an additional tooltip line appears which indicates it cannot be used.
