Fractal Energy Traps are a type of trap found naturally in the Fractal Dimension. When activated via wire, they shoot a varying number of energy ball projectiles that bounce off of terrain, dealing damage each time they pass by the player or an enemy. In tight corridors such as those found in the Fractal Dimension's caves, they pose a significant threat as the frequency of their rebounds will cause them to deal near-constant damage.
